What You’ll Do
- New construction, remodel, troubleshoot, install/upgrade circuits, panels, and lighting
- Communicate clearly with customers and the office
- Mentor apprentices and uphold high safety and quality standards

Who You Are
- Licensed WA Journeyman (EL01 or EL02)
- Clean driving record & able to pass a background check
- Take pride in your craftsmanship and reliability
- A team player who values communication and doing the job right
- Interested in contributing ideas and being part of a company that’s still growing

What You’ll Do
- Estimate and sell residential and commercial electrical projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and clients
- Deliver tailored solutions that earn trust and win projects
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets 

- Attend community events and trade shows 

- Attend networking meetings on a regular basis

Who You Are
- Proven experience in construction or electrical sales/estimating
- Competitive mindset — you want to win and don’t back down from a challenge
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
