What You’ll Do
- Estimate and sell residential and commercial electrical projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and clients
- Deliver tailored solutions that earn trust and win projects
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets 

- Attend community events and trade shows 

- Attend networking meetings on a regular basis

What You’ll Do
- New construction, remodel, troubleshoot, install/upgrade circuits, panels, and lighting
- Communicate clearly with customers and the office
- Mentor apprentices and uphold high safety and quality standards

Who You Are
- Licensed WA Journeyman (EL01 or EL02)
- Clean driving record & able to pass a background check
- Take pride in your craftsmanship and reliability

We’re looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our in-office team. This is a full-time, in-person role (remote work isn’t available) and is a key part of keeping our days running smoothly. You’ll be the first person many customers speak with and the main connection between our office and field teams. Being able to adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and maintain a friendly, professional tone throughout the day is essential.
