Loose wiring was hanging from an exterior electrical box at a commercial property in Gig Harbor—an unsafe condition that should not be ignored.

In this video, Matt, Owner/CEO of Take Charge Electric, points out the exposed wiring and explains why electrical equipment should never be left in this condition. Exterior boxes must protect wiring from weather, moisture, pests, physical damage and accidental contact. Missing covers, damaged conduit, rust and exposed conductors can create risks for employees, customers, tenants and anyone accessing the property.

Each circuit was wired to a different panel.  I have a manufactured house, so it comes with its own set of challenges.  It was done very efficiently, and the electrician and his apprentice were very informative as to the process and what they were doing. The electrician, Brooke, called upon completion of worked to review all she had done. She went over details of the charges. Great work, excellent communication. After a nightmarish experience with another company who quoted us anywhere from $10,000-25,000 we were panicking. Matt (the owner of Take Charge) came out to our house gave us a quote for half of the first company's minimum price and a promise to get out to us the next day.
