Kayla enjoys supporting her teammates and playing a part in helping the business grow. Outside of work, she loves getting creative, whether it’s arts, crafts, or anything that lets her build and make something new.

Lacey

Scheduling Coordinator

Lacey loves being the first friendly voice customers hear and building real connections with people in the community. Outside of work, she’s usually hiking with her Saint Bernard, Lucius, watching horror movies, or on the hunt for the best clam chowder around.

Josh

Electrical Trainee

Josh enjoys doing work that makes a real, positive impact on the people around him. Outside of work, he’s usually out backpacking and exploring the outdoors with his family.

Hayden

Electrical Trainee

Hayden enjoys the variety in his work, from generators to troubleshooting, and takes pride in helping customers solve problems and make life a little easier. Outside of work, he’s usually working on vehicles, riding his motorcycle, snowboarding, or camping.

Anthony

Field Operations Manager

Anthony enjoys helping people feel more comfortable and secure in their homes by delivering reliable, high-quality electrical work, especially when it comes to installing backup power systems like Generac generators. Outside of work, you’ll find him working on cars, collecting rocks and fossils, playing guitar, or bird watching.

Steffen

Steffen enjoys helping homeowners make their spaces safer and better suited to their everyday needs. Outside of work, he likes spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter.

Brooke

02 Journeyman Electrician

Brooke enjoys solving complex electrical issues and helping homeowners feel confident and at ease in their homes again. Outside of work, she spends her time with family, working on DIY projects, listening to music, and playing guitar.

John

John enjoys meeting people in the community and seeing the satisfaction that comes from a job well done. Outside of work, he’s into barbecue and gardening, and he’s a proud 20-year veteran of the U.S. Navy Submarine Force.

Declan loves that every day on the job is different and keeps him on his toes. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time camping with his family during the summer.

Jenn

Owner / Office Manager

Jenn is the driving force behind the culture at Take Charge Electric. She’s passionate about creating a team environment where people feel supported, valued, and proud of the work they do. For her, the best part is seeing that care show up in how the team treats their customers.

Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their kids, hanging out with their dogs, getting creative, and making their home even better.

Matt

Owner/CEO

Matt built Take Charge Electric with a simple goal: do things the right way and take care of people. He takes pride in building a team that stands behind their work and makes a real impact in the community. Seeing that come to life every day is what drives him.

Outside of work, you’ll find Matt coaching his son’s baseball team, hiking, riding motorcycles, or getting into a game of chess. Fun fact: he married his high school sweetheart.
