Bringing 320-Amp Electrical Service to Raw Land

Take Charge Electric brought a new 320-amp electrical service to undeveloped property in Gig Harbor. The completed setup includes a distribution panel with breakers to supply the property’s gate and additional electrical panels, along with an emergency disconnect for the future home.

Preparing raw land for construction requires careful electrical planning. The process may include utility coordination, trenching, conduit installation, grounding, service equipment, panels and inspections. Planning the service around the property’s future use can also provide power for outbuildings, wells, shops, RV connections and other additions.

In this video, Matt, Owner/CEO of Take Charge Electric, walks through the newly installed equipment and explains how it will support the property as it is developed.

Proudly serving Key Peninsula, Gig Harbor, Belfair, Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Tacoma, and surrounding communities.
